Screencrush confirmed with Garrett Hedlund during a recent press conference for On the Road that he will be returning to play Sam Flynn in the long-rumored third Tron movie!
Garrett couldn’t share much on the topic, but said:
“Disney’s very excited … That’s about that. You know, yeah, I’m very excited, Disney’s very excited.”
The project is still in the very early stages and no other actors have been confirmed. Currently, the script for Tron 3 (as it’s being called right now) is being written by Eragon scribe Jesse Wigutow.
